Membership Requirements: 

Membership in Community Papers of Michigan shall be limited to those companies publishing free papers containing multiple, local retail, commercial and consumer advertising, a continuity of title and general content and distributed to the general public within a defined market area within the State of Michigan. The publication must be delivered on a regular, pre-stated schedule of at least 12 times per year. 

Circulation must be verified and will be audited by CVC on a regular basis. CPM pays all member audits by CVC. The publication must “stand alone” without regard or inclusion of the circulation of any other paid publication. 

To make application for active membership in Community Papers of Michigan please submit the following information: a copy of the publication and a rate sheet – together with a membership application and payment.
